The making
From file to finish.

Design
It starts as a file.
Proportions, stone layout and every detail are built in CAD and approved on screen before anything is made.

Model
Printed, then measured.
The design is printed as a wax model and checked with calipers. This is the easiest moment to change a size.

Casting
Wax becomes metal.
The model is cast in metal, then filed and ground by hand until every edge is clean.

Diamond QC
Every stone, checked.
Stones are measured and inspected under magnification before a single one is set.

CNC
Cut by program.
The machine follows the file line by line, so the pattern on the hundredth piece matches the first.

Setting
Set by hand, stone by stone.
A graver pushes metal over each stone to lock it in place.

Polishing
Brought to the wheel.
Every surface is polished at the wheel and checked by hand until the metal runs clean.

Laser welding
Joined with light.
Parts like the clasp are made separately, then laser-welded into place under a microscope.

Plating
A final bath.
Plating gives the metal its bright, even finish.

Final QC
Checked before it leaves.
Gloves on. Every stone, setting and surface is inspected one last time.
